This is a temporary role with an initial contract of 6 months, which may be extended up to a maximum of 1 year upon mutual agreement by all parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform computations and clerical duties necessary for payroll preparation, computer input, and processing exception items.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary deductions and compensation changes.
• Prepare, maintain, and compile various payroll records.
• Create reports for statutory requirements and third-party payments.
• Conduct accounting reconciliations for Payroll Balance Sheet accounts, including investigation and resolution of reconciliation items.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration with Accounting emphasis
• 6+ months of experience in accounting (Subledgers)
• Intermediate English level

Preferred Qualifications:

6+ months of experience in:

• Payroll
• Business Process Management and LEAN Knowledge
• Workday knowledge and automation experience
