We are hiring immediately for a full time Maintenance Technician!

Available Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8AM to 4:30 PM
• * May be called in for emergencies as needed*

Compensation:

• $16.92 - $30.94 / hour based on experience.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Repairs and maintains conveyor and air systems including photo eyes, bands, tension rollers, belts, hoses, cards, brakes, motors, compressors and other applicable equipment. Perform PM's on a regular schedule.
• Repairs and maintains all material handling equipment and dock equipment (i.e. doors, levelers, seals, etc.).
• Maintains batteries and chargers for forklifts.
• Repairs and maintains HVAC systems, lighting systems, electrical systems and plumbing.
• Repairs, installs and maintains racking.

• Maintains fire suppression systems and fire alarm systems.

• Performs welding and fabrication for the facility.

• Maintains waste disposal equipment. Assists with cardboard/pallet disposal.

• Assists with and/or responsible for new office construction and cubicle installation.
• Repairs floors and maintains roof.
• Installs voice and data cabling.

• Responsible for snow removal from sidewalk, steps, etc. Coordinate with contractor regarding removal of snow from parking lots, lawn care, roof repair, etc.
• Maintains parts inventory. Order parts as needed.
• Receives/responds to daily calls regarding problems and repairs.

• Performs routine preventative maintenance/repair of 35 electric MHE units.
• Assists in internal/external audit requirements
