GSK has a great opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our high-performing Primary Care sales team. You will be promoting our key vaccines and respiratory brands across north Auckland and Northland. This role offers clear growth opportunities and meaningful impact, helping GSK unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.  Northland is a regional monthly rotation as part of this territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership and accountability to achieve territory business objectives for promoted medicines
  • Develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned to the brand strategy and critical success factors
  • Able to work collaboratively with peers to drive excellent execution within day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Representative role
  • Actively contribute to the overall team performance and culture
  • Track territory performance, manage expenses, and report outcomes to meet targets
  • Ensure sales activities adhere to all relevant industry and GSK codes for promotion and business ethics
  • Live the GSK values and demonstrate behavioural expectations

Why You?
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, science, pharmacology or a related field
  • At least 12 months of field-based sales experience
  • Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, ideally in primary care or hospital settings (beneficial)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for in-person and virtual engagement
  • Full state driving license and ability to travel within your territory, including regional travel
  • Demonstrated resilience, coachability and a growth mindset


The following will also be ideal to bring to the role:

  • Proven ability to plan and deliver territory growth strategies
  • Comfortable using digital tools for virtual detailing and CRM systems
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Working model
The Sales Representative role is field-based and requires regular in-person customer visits. Regular regional travel within your territory is required.
