Drives the overall Order to Remittance (OTR) process (order entry, scheduling, backlog management) while supporting production operations through ship direct, manufacturing planning and international shipping.
Job Description
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
- Provide guidance to production team regarding job priority
- Daily release of product / part shipments against sales orders
- Update/maintain spreadsheets tracking product shipments
- Process international order documents thru Oracle, TA (Trade Automation) and TV (Trade Via).
- Knowledge and understanding of International Trade Compliance.
- Interact with freight forwarders.
- Ensure all orders are incorporated into the build schedule according to customer escalations and customer metrics.
- Regularly communicate order status reports to appropriate personnel
- Assist in incorporating best practice and identifying areas for efficiency improvement
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
- Perform Oracle required transactions to complete shipping process.
- Send (scan) out shipping documents to proper CSR (Customer service representative) pool and other concern parties.

Quality Expectations:
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions
Required Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or local equivalent, active student
- Proficient in basic mathematics
- Ability to communicate well and work with others
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual (English - Spanish)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of experience in Materials and/or Customer Service.
- 2 years of production planning or production scheduling experience
- Materials Replenishment Planning (MRP) system experience
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of Quality and Inventory control
- APICS
- Oracle
