Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Driver Insights, will leverage your natural curiosity and ability to make lead business impact within the Last Mile business at Walmart. You are a champion of insights, you focus on delivering impact and strategy, and you tell actionable stories. While you are skilled in executing research projects and adept at translating qual and quant insights, you achieve success in the way you influence multiple teams and deliver business-growing impact. This role is part of an exciting and quickly growing part of the Walmart business and you will help enable expansion and decision-making through your work.
The team within Last Mile Delivery is dedicated to understanding and representing contract Spark drivers, ensuring their perspectives are integrated into organizational decisions. They focus on strengthening the Spark brand to be the preferred choice for gig drivers by fostering collaboration across functions and driving operational excellence. Leveraging data analysis, strategic thinking, and effective communication, the team develops innovative solutions to enhance business efficiency and customer experience. They work closely with stakeholders to implement initiatives that support growth and continuous improvement in delivery operations.

What you'll bring: - Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in consumer insights, customer experience, strategy, or brand management
- Ability to translate business needs into appropriate research
- Proven ability to build partnerships, and communicate cross-functionally, influence, and collaborate effectively
- Great presentation skills with the strong ability to translate and communicate findings into actionable business insights
- Can lead a portfolio of multi-disciplinary projects with multiple business partners in a dynamic and evolving organization
- Skilled at effectively working individually while also working collaboratively.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and end-to-end project management while also doing some DIY.
- Experience and understanding of customer satisfaction metrics, and working with tools such as Qualtrics or Medallia

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
