What would you do? You will be aligned to our Financial Services and Banking sector, assisting clients in completing processing procedures for US Residential Mortgages. As part of the Lending Operations team, your role involves validating loan documents to ensure their accuracy and expiration before submitting them to the Underwriting queue. The mortgage processing team focuses on analyzing the loan application, verifying information provided by the applicant such as employment, income and credit history. Collect the necessary documents from Loan officer and borrower as per Underwriting requirements and to monitor the loans till Closing.
What are we looking for? • Attention to detail – Accurate review and verification of documents is crucial • Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple files and task simultaneously • Communication skills – Clear and effective communication with all parties involved in the loan process • Knowledge of mortgage industry – understanding of mortgage products, regulations and the overall loan process • Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the loan process
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor • In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks • The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
