THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dedicated and focused sales representative to join our dynamic sales team in 【Oncology】Business Unit. You will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare professionals and in saving lives and fulfilling unmet medical needs.

This role will be based in 【Taipei】 and repot to 【District manager - Austin Huang】

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Equipped with product and therapeutic area knowledge to scientifically engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs).

  • Use effective communication and influencing skills to drive product adoption.

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular engagement and exceptional service.

  • Adapt quickly and respond agilely to changing environments and various customer needs.

  • Collect, analyze and share market insights with relevant stakeholders (Marketing, Medical and other cross-functional teams) to maximize business opportunities and bring insights to implementations.

  • Win as one team and focus on what matters; Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impact and achieve company aspirations.

  • Contribute to continuously improving sales processes and operations.

  • Support ad‑hoc projects and other initiatives.

 

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2+ years’ work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

  • Solid communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; skillful in analytical tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.

  • Basic English proficiency.

  • Good interpersonal skills being proactive, collaborative, and resourceful.

  • Valid driver’s license is required.
