Purpose: 

We are searching for the best talent for a Business Partner – Business Analytics & Customer Insights, based in Brazil, working within a Regional Center of Excellence and supporting insights and advanced analytics for the Immunology business in Latin America.

This role acts as a strategic business partner for the Brazil Immunology organization, collaborating closely with local brand teams as well as regional and LATAM stakeholders to support pre‑launch strategies, portfolio optimization, and growth opportunities across the current and future Immunology portfolio.

Acting as a consultative leader and influencer, the Business Partner translates complex data, analytics, and customer insights into clear, actionable recommendations for local and regional brand leadership and senior management.

The role acts as an ambassador for advanced analytics and digital innovation from the Center of Excellence, operating under the highest compliance standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Act as a strategic thought partner for Immunology, supporting local and regional brand teams with insights that shape pre‑launch strategies and portfolio growth opportunities.

  • Translate integrated data, analytics, and customer insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform strategic and tactical decisions for brand leadership and senior executives.

  • Accompany brand teams throughout the year during key business and brand moments, ensuring insights are timely, relevant, and decision‑oriented.

  • Act as an ambassador for advanced analytics and digital innovation from the Center of Excellence, promoting the adoption of AI, forecasting, and analytics solutions aligned to business priorities.

  • Support long‑range forecasting, helping teams project 5‑year sales scenarios and elevate the quality of strategic planning discussions.

  • Foster a data‑driven culture and ensure all activities are executed in full compliance with internal policies and ethical standards.

  • Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Customer Insights, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or related roles, including prior experience in managerial or leadership positions.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in Immunology and high‑cost markets.

  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams and influencing business decisions.

  • Experience working in regional or multi‑country environments.

  • Advanced English (written and spoken); Portuguese and Spanish required.
