Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Resolves Day to Day issues raised by the WH/Logistics team to meet/achieve short term objectives.
- Provides leadership through formal supervisory responsibilities to associates in all areas including coaching, performance management, performance appraisals, goal development and adherence to time and attendance expectations as well as setting daily priorities for the team.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to associates.
- Ensures effective utilization of warehouse areas and observes proper loading, unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of finished goods to prevent product damage and avoid occurrence of pilferage, accidents, and occupational hazards.
- Effectively monitors flow of goods and implements First-In First-Out (FIFO) method in the use of raw materials and in dispatching of finished goods.
- Coordinates with the purchasing department with regards to incoming deliveries of raw materials and supplies.
- Coordinates with the manufacturing and distribution departments with regards to transfer and dispatch of finished goods.
- Maintains the highest standards of customer service by immediately attending and resolving customer issues on product preparation before dispatch.
- Immediately resolves inventory discrepancies in coordination with accounting department.
- Ensures accuracy of product inventories against system records by conducting cycle counts on a periodic basis following appropriate guidelines released by accounting and audit departments.
- Conducts regular cycle count as per established schedules and guidelines. Evaluates and analyzes inventory variance. Implements preventive countermeasures based on the result of inventory variance analysis.
- Analyzes inventory variances per cycle count and provides immediate solution to significantly reduce the variance.
- Develops and effectively implements warehouse and inventory monitoring systems, procedures, work instructions and SOPs.
- Maintains complete production plan, inventory control and warehouse records and manuals.
- Ensures the integrity and completeness of all manufacturing and logistics records and manuals.
- Promotes continuous improvement & development of warehouse.
- Promote an environment of diversity, open communication, and trust.

Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Procurement or Materials.
- Candidates who do not meet the education requirement may be considered with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, regulated industry experience preferred, with Supervisors experience.
- ERP or warehouse management system experience (Oracle preferred).

- Specialized Knowledge:
- APICS certification preferred.
- ASQC certification preferred.
- Certifications in materials management preferred Experience and understanding of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP).
- Experience/knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, production scheduling, inventory management, and contract management and negotiation.
- Experience in the medical device industry strongly preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of procurement, inventory and shipping policies and procedures.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of hazardous waste controls and handling preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud.
