JR54444 Engineer, Global Facilities O&M Standardization, MechanicalAs a Global Facilities O&M Standardization and TPM Engineer (MECH), you will be an integral member of the Global Facilities Alignment Engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring the site(s) you are assigned to effectively implement and deploy BKMs. You will be expected to assist with removing barriers, solving/bringing up issues/concerns, as needed. Your goal will be to assist the sites with continuous improvement of performance and efficiency of the Facilities teams. Which correlates to improved system/equipment reliability.
You will be expected to:
• Collaborate with Global Facilities Engineering to identify, define, develop, and implement BKMs for operation and maintenance within the Facilities network.
• Monitor, measure, and report out the progress of Standardization and TPM compliance for your assigned site(s) demonstrating improvements
• Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions that support a high-performance culture and improve organization efficiency
• Design diagnostic tools, conduct audit to ensure compliance to Global Standards as they are implemented.
• Conduct analysis of Organization’s Performance results, identify themes or trends and report findings
• Align the PM Procedures across the Micron network for systems within assigned field.
• Tie matrices to measure the efficiency of globally aligned PM procedures.
• Put in place measures for changes to existing procedures & new PM procedures.
• Review failure data to assist with driving improvements to eliminate impact to manufacturing

Education
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience
• 2+ years’ experience in Facilities Operations and Maintenance or
Engineering
• Experience in managing multiple projects and collaborating with all internal and external partners and consultants
• Strong interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and sound communication
• Capable of compiling executive level reports and presentation materials
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.
• Program and Project management experience
