This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
 

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

• Passionate about building scalable, reliable platform solutions

• An outstanding software engineer with experience in SQL

• Possesses excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of dissecting complex situations

• Highly motivated and curious about finance and private equity

• Able to work autonomously

• Strong in interpersonal communication, both written and verbal, with experience translating technical concepts to non-technical staff

What you will do:

• Build, develop, and support platform solutions to meet business needs

• Manage platform environments, ensuring security, governance, performance, and adherence to established guidelines

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other collaborators to deliver high-quality solutions

• Stay informed about the latest features and trends in platform technology

• Debug and resolve issues and providing outstanding support

• Build and maintain technical documentation

What you bring:

• Proven experience in platform support and development

• Familiarity with Seismic Sales Enablement Platform, Alkymi Data Automation Platform, and eFront Investment Platform is a plus

• Strong understanding of Agile methodology

• Proficiency in SQL, Java, and ReactJS

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

• Experience in partnering with business analysts/business SMEs to translate requirements into application specifications

Education Preferred

• Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree or equivalent experience

Salary Range

$100,000.00 - $160,000.00

This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
