You will be successful in this role if you have:

Software Development

• Strong hands-on background in enterprise application development, preferably using Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js.

• Experience with API-first and microservices architectures.

• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools (e.g., GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, IaC).

🤖 AI/ML Integration

• Exposure to AI/ML model integration into applications (via REST APIs or native SDKs).

• Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and platforms like AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI

🔐 Security

• Strong understanding of application security principles and secure SDLC practices.

• Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, and zero-trust security models.

• Familiarity with DevSecOps, cloud security (CSPM, CNAPP), and compliance standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR.

👥 Leadership & Delivery Skills

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams, including architects, developers, and DevOps engineers.

• Strong track record of delivering complex cloud-based software solutions on time and within budget.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical architectures and roadmaps.

• Experience with RFP/RFI responses, client solutioning, and pre-sales support.

📈 Strategic & Business Acumen

• Experience building technical strategy and solution blueprints aligned to business objectives.

• Familiarity with industry verticals (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing) and their digital transformation challenges.

• Understanding of cost modeling, ROI calculation, and TCO optimization in cloud transformation programs.

🗣️ Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to mentor and grow engineering teams.

• Adept at navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.

• Comfortable presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
