We are now looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide HR support to Hardware teams. We are looking for someone to be passionate about partnership and establish strategies to enable NVIDIA to achieve a success. You’ll partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, reward, retain and organize work. You will need excellent communication skills, critical thinking and planning ability, and the agility to function in a fast paced and innovative environment.

What you'll be doing:

This position will be an integral enabler of the mission of the Business Unit. In this position you will partner with the senior leaders along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies that champion organizational and people effectiveness. You will think strategically as well as roll up your sleeves and dive deep into practical application. You must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows rapidly. At NVIDIA, the HR Business Partner also serves as a liaison between the business and the central corporate teams to assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee retention, career development. In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with assigned managers to understand business strategies, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and support hiring growth, including conducting HR interviews, etc.
  • Working with line managers and employees to address various employee issues, fairly representing all interests.
  • ​Data-driven HR decisions- analyzing business metrics, including retention and employee experience data, to recommend systemic improvements.
  • Partnering with the business to support the annual review processes focusing on performance management and talent development.
  • Being a vital member of the HR team, a team player, and with excellent interpersonal relations capabilities.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's and Maters’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HRBP in similar organizations in a global company.
  • Strong analytical capabilities (excellent Excel skills), has a data driven approach with strong analytics.
  • Positivity & can-do attitude, creative, versatile and agility capabilities.
  • Multi-tasking skills and agility- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and stressful environment.
  • Workday system experience- an advantage
