About This Role

As the Key Account Manager for Neurosciences in the East of Spain, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing territory sales performance within our MS portfolio. In this position, you will work as part of a collaborative and cross‑functional team closely aligned with medical, marketing, and market access colleagues. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a strategic business plan, utilizing primarily face‑to‑face engagement in combination with other communication channels.

By analyzing territory performance and implementing targeted commercial strategies, you will drive market share growth and ensure sustained product value. Additionally, you will cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders—particularly physicians and hospital pharmacists. This role sits at the core of our commercial organization, empowering you to influence, innovate, and contribute significantly to our overall business performance while adhering to all compliance standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve sales goals by prioritizing market‑driving activities and applying strategic marketing and business tactics to maximize performance.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan supported by data analysis and effective resource coordination.
  • Design and implement a Customer Engagement Plan (CEP) that proactively addresses risks and capitalizes on opportunities across the territory.
  • Mobilize and coordinate resources to support customer needs, leveraging digital tools and collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners..
  • Evaluate and report account performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Execute approved local and multichannel marketing strategies in an efficient and compliant manner.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in disease areas, products, clinical practices, market trends, and healthcare systems.
  • Ensure optimal and compliant use of internal systems and tools to support efficient sales execution.
  • Uphold all legal, ethical, and compliance requirements, including those related to safety, quality, finance, and internal processes

Your enthusiasm for the pharmaceutical sector—especially in hospital products—is reflected in your strategic, analytical, and planning abilities. You demonstrate strong communication ad negotiation skills. Collaborative, resilient, and forward‑thinking, you work effectively both independently and within cross‑functional teams. You are up for in-person engagement with stakeholders along 5 field days per week covering full territory. Your ethical and inclusive approach fosters trust, supports compliance, and contributes positively to organizational culture.

Required Skills

  • University degree; a master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with hospital‑based products; Neurology experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong selling capabilities and interpersonal savvy.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with long‑term vision.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Results‑oriented, ethical, and committed to high standards of conduct.
  • Willingness to travel within defined territory
  • Proficiency in English (medium level or higher).
