  • Use full-cycle Instructional System Development (ISD - analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate) to produce and deliver management-approved training  
  • Work directly with subject matter experts within the technical area of Evoqua to design, develop and implement training content using a blended learning strategy via existing and future training deployment methods 
  • Work directly with subject matter experts within the sales and service business process area of Evoqua to design, develop and implement training content using a blending learning strategy via existing and future training deployment methods 
  • Directly and/or collaboratively own the tracking and reporting of training requirements and completion status of specific employee groups to support the company in achieving strategic objectives via the development of our employees 
  • Analyze formal assessment and evaluation results to determine course outcome and applies information gathered to the design and maintenance of courses 
  • Participate in the development and sustainment of the training strategy for the division    
  • Conducts needs analysis to identify training requirements and recommends training strategy, tools and timelines accordingly

Salary range:

$70,500.00 - $126,500.00
