Roles and Responsibilities 

Business Partnering: 

  • Track and analyze key financial and operational metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Key Performance Indicators are Gross and Net Revenue, GP$/%, Working Capital, ROIC, ROWC. 

  • Support strategic and operational decisions through robust financial modeling and scenario planning. 

  • Partner with business /GTM to identify Risks & opportunities to the existing plan and drive governance and clear accountability around the same 
     

Commercial finance support: 

  • Partner with Business, Sales, Procurement, and Operations to provide commercial insights across the business to meet or exceed plan targets and lead the continuous evaluation of strategic financial objectives 

  • Support commercial deal reviews, bids, and negotiations with data-backed insights. 

  • Validate business cases, investment proposals, and ROI analyses including support to M&A due diligence and integration 

  • Working Capital Optimization – Drive efficiency in receivables, payables & inventory to strengthen cash flow. 

  • Drive Capital efficiency 
     

Planning & Forecasting 

  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the business.  

  • Ensure alignment of business assumptions with financial targets and corporate goals.  
     

Performance Management 

  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs, highlighting variances and trends.  

  • Develop and present performance dashboards and management reports for leadership.  

  • Recommend corrective actions to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and cash flow. 
     

Process Improvement: 

  • Enhance the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and business insights.  

  • Streamline data flow between business and finance for better forecasting accuracy.  

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the business finance function.
