Job Description:

Accounts Receivable Associate

• JP McHale Pest Management LLC, an Anticimex Company, is one of the top professional pest control companies nationwide. Licensed in NY, NJ & CT and certified by the National Pest Management Association.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily processing of incoming payments including checks and credit cards.
• Participating in the day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.
• Assist customers, management, and office staff with any billing related issues and discrepancies.
• Knowledgeable about company products and services, pricing structure, ensures correct application of billing fees, rates and schedules and presents a positive company image.
• Able to multi-task and follow through with details accurately and completely.
• Enjoys working as a team member to provide excellent service and growth to the company.
• Customer service oriented with heavy call volume experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferred
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to change.
• Must possess strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
