- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Architectural Design.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services related to SAP environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
