JOB DESCRIPTION:

职位目标 Job Purpose:
负责产品日常维护技术工作，协调跨职能团队按时交付新材料和流程改进等项目，并用适当的解决方案解决技术问题。
Responsible for the technical work of daily product maintenance, coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams to deliver projects such as new material introduction and process improvement on time and resolve technical issues with appropriate solutions.

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:
1.    担任合格的产品负责人，监控产品质量并识别和控制潜在风险。
Performing as a qualified product owner to monitor product quality and identify and mitigate potential risks.
2.    作为团队领导或关键贡献者，在生产过程或者项目中解决各类技术问题。
Rectifying technical issues in production or projects as a team leader or key contributor.
3.    领导项目团队按计划完成里程碑，满足利益相关者的需求。
Leading project teams to accomplish milestones on schedule to meet stakeholders' needs.
4.    有能力对初级技术人员和其他部门非技术员工制定合理的培训计划，并执行培训。
Capable of developing reasonable training plans for junior technical personnel and non-technical employees in other departments and implementing the training.
5.    支持内外部审计工作。
Support internal & external audit.
6.    完成领导布置的其他任务。
Finish other duties assigned by line manager.

任职条件Qualifications: 
•    本科及以上学历（生物，化工，药学等相关专业）
Bachelor’s degree or above (biochemistry, chemical, medical, and related specialty.
•    2年以上实验室相关工作经验（诊断产品、医疗器械或药品的生产或开发）
Above 2 years of laboratory experience in related field (Manufacturing or development of diagnostic products, medical device, or pharmaceuticals).
•    优秀的英语读写能力，良好的电脑操作技能，英语6级。
Excellent English level and good capability of computer operation, CET-6 of English level.
•    身体健康， 有责任心，良好的沟通、表达能力。
Have good health, willing to take responsibility, good presentation skill and communication skill.
