Job Description Summary

The Parts Fulfillment Intern will work on projects related to the parts fulfillment function, leveraging their prior coursework and degree program. The intern will support various aspects of Parts management, and Parts operations.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engage in projects requiring independent decision-making

  • Develop Reports and PowerPoint presentations and other graphic materials to communicate project progress, share best practices, and provide updates.

  • Analyze data using Excel or other analysis tools to support parts fulfillment processes and decision-making.

  • Perform specific tasks within the parts fulfillment function, such as projects analysis, finance forecasting, logistics or supply chain optimization.

  • Participate in early talent events, seminars, or training to enhance skills and network with peers.

  • Execute assignments where trust and accuracy are critical, ensuring high-quality Adhere to the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.

  • Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training within specified deadlines.

  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree /Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or possession of such a degree. 

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.  

Desired Characteristics:

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines. 

  • Previous experience using independent thought processes to plan ahead, process information, maintain workflow, and anticipate future team needs. 

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. 

  • Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal direction. 

  • Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions, and meet deadlines. 

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
