The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, transformative technology projects within a global financial institution.
Govern a portfolio of high-impact AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Implement and refine project management best practices tailored for agile, data-centric development.
Deep, demonstrable techno-functional knowledge of CITI's internal processes, infrastructure, and project management methodologies.
Lead stakeholder coordination & collaboration, with business unit leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities, secure buy-in, communicate progress, and manage expectations for all initiatives including AI.
Develop and maintain comprehensive status dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide transparent, real-time updates on project progress, KPIs, risks, Compliance for the entire portfolio and outcomes to all relevant stakeholders.
Extensive experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
