In one of our Planning and Reporting SG&A Analyst roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
Minimum experience of 2 years in reporting or business analysis in a multinational company
Advanced English
Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles
Strong analytical skills
Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Power Point advanced user - mandatory)
SAP experience is preferable
Compelling Communication, Influence, Decision Making
Ability to work under pressure against tough deadlines
Your responsibilities:
Perform closing process (monthly, quarterly, yearly):
SG&A accruals and re-classes calculation
Detect, correct and report on errors in transactions
Provide procedures support to other functions
Monitoring and finalizing the monthly SG&A costs
Cost Centers allocations maintenance
Ensure alignment with CFI and SOX policies and procedures; follow-up on auditors’ requests re SG&A costs
Perform quarterly SG&A planning cycle:
Maintain planning cycle schedules and organize reviews
Lead and coordinate SGA forecasting cycle and ensure alignment between markets
Perform consolidation for CEE
Provide information to local, regional & corporate teams about forecast details
Maintain SG&A data in corporate planning systems
Perform regular analysis and reporting:
Provide monthly analytical reports to Budget holders
Provide monthly analysis and trends
Provide input for Management Results Infopack
Preparation of ad-hoc reports for budget holders, follow-up on requests
Projects:
Ensure SG&A model functionality in Anaplan
Perform various analysis to identify potential risks and savings, ensure transparency and alignment
Perform benchmarking exercises
Perform SG&A related processes/procedures assessments to ensure alignment across CEE
Participate in other finance projects
