Position Summary

We’re seeking a Client Audit Manager to lead and support Client‑Initiated Audits for AON coalition clients, with a primary focus on Client Pricing. In this client‑facing role, you will manage audit projects from start to finish, coordinating with third‑party consultants, auditors, and internal partners across Client Account Teams, Benefits, Legal, and Trade.

You will play a key role in ensuring audits are completed accurately, consistently, and with minimal business disruption. This includes resolving audit exceptions and identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and reduce future risks.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and oversee client‑requested pricing audits, primarily for AON coalition clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors/consultants to execute audits effectively.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of audit exceptions.
  • Identify and recommend process enhancements to reduce audit‑related risks.
  • Support additional audits as business needs allow.



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, PBM, pharmacy, and/or audit.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Prior customer service or client‑facing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • AS400 claims navigation experience preferred.



Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
