Product Acceleration and Optimization (PAO) is an organization within our Product team. Our mission is to enable customers and our services ecosystem to adopt Workday products and solutions in the most effective and efficient manner and with the highest quality to ensure lasting customer success.

About the Role

Workday Orchestrate is the new, modern integration toolset used by Workday customers, partners and implementers to develop tailored integrations to meet the needs of our customers and make them successful. We are looking for someone who is passionate about partnering with our Product, Sales and Professional Services teams to ensure the successful implementation of Workday Orchestrate integrations. 

The Product Advisor drives enablement through the following programs:

  • Strategic customer engagement

  • Leading deployment offerings for new offerings and acquisitions

  • Feature release deployment guidance

  • Delivering samples and pre-configured foundational solutions

  • Leading efforts to reduce deployment costs

As a Product Advisor, you will:

  • Influence the product roadmap as an advocate of customer and professional services feedback

  • Coordinate alignment across diverse organizations including Product, Services, Education, Support, Strategy and Pre-Sales

  • Conduct needs assessments of the Workday ecosystem and develop corresponding training programs, support tools, templates, user guides, and address identified requirements

  • Drive consistency and quality through pre-configured content and standard deployment tools

  • Serve as the Workday advisor for product on large scale complex deployments, escalations, and sales opportunities

  • Translate product strategy into effective technical solutions, overseeing their development and implementation while anticipating and mitigating potential risks.

  • Collaborate with product management in customer conversations to understand the strategic direction of our Workday integrations platform and articulate the product vision to deployment teams through advisory services

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience implementing Workday solutions using Human Capital Management, Financial Management or Student Information Systems.

  • 2+ years experience crafting and delivering cloud integration solutions end-to-end in a consulting role.

Other Qualifications

  • Superb communication capability.

  • Excellent presentation skills. 

  • Proficient in handling contending priorities.

  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.

  • Ability to mentor consultants and lead small teams.

  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
