Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Front Line Leader (Level K) to join our 737 Factory Quality Team in Renton, Washington. 

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Front Line Leader to join our 737 Factory Quality Team. This role demands a critical thinker with strong business acumen who is passionate about coaching and eager to drive cultural change within the organization.

Position Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage a team of employees responsible for evaluating and ensuring that products, services, and processes meet customer contract requirements, engineering standards, company procedures, and government regulations

• Develop and implement effective business plans, policies, and procedures aimed at enhancing performance and quality outcomes

• Create and execute organizational and technical strategies that promote continuous improvement and operational excellence

• Provide education and coaching on the Quality System, empowering team members to understand and uphold quality standards

• Acquire and manage resources efficiently, leading initiatives that drive process improvements and optimize performance

• Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports to foster collaboration and success

• Inspire, develop, and motivate employees, cultivating a high-performance culture that embraces change and encourages professional growth

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 

• 3+ years of experience leading or managing multi-functional teams

• 2+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams 

• Must be able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) 

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) 

• 3+ years of experience in a factory environment 

• High energy and enthusiasm for driving cultural change and improvement 

• Solid business acumen with a proven ability to develop and execute successful strategies

Summary pay range: $115,600 - $156,400
