Senior Territory Manager

Location: Łódzkie Voivodeship

The Senior Territory Manager will be responsible for sales and promotion of J&J Joints Reconstruction products within the healthcare services industry.

Qualifications:

  • University degree (medical education or related sciences education would be an advantage)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with business clients

  • Ability to work independently and manage time

  • Ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances in the market

  • Creativity, high level of motivation, ethical approach in achieving business goals

  • High level of energy, engagement and responsibility

  • Fluent knowledge of English language

  • Working with MD products is mandatory; minimum of 3 years’ experience expected

  • Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Mobility (availability to travel frequently)

  • Driving license – category B

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company,

operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months,

subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be

required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that,

following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by

DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be

provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 155 500 PLN Gross to 248 000 PLN Gross annually

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits and sales commissions.
