Job Title:                                          Facility Engineer

Reports To:                                       APAC Account Director

 

Overall Objective:                            A highly self-motivated and passionate person about customer service, a team player with great attention to detail.

The key focus for this role will be to create a single point of contact for client's employees, Customers and Service Partners relating to JLL’s contracted Facility Management services and related requirements.

Deliver the contracted services by providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships between Customers and facility stakeholders, understanding their needs.

The role should result in providing the Customer Experience required by client.

 

 

Specific Responsibilities:

·       Ownership of Facility Coordination responsible for overall service delivery and customer experience

·       Proactive communicator with all key influencers within JLL and client

·       Manage the delivery of specific FM services within designated areas of client.

·       Own the space within your office ensuring a fantastic customer experience is delivered all the time.

·       Daily co-ordination and measurement of activity across all key service lines

·       Support the look and feel of all the portfolio building from a housekeeping, cleaning perspective

·       Be aware and monitor any projects which are being undertaken within the portfolio

·       Promote and drive continuous improvement of services.

·       Ensuring full statutory and operational compliance is achieved in line with contract KPI’s.

·       Any other duties required as part of the role as and when requested

 

Front of House Specific:

·       Promote and support a first class and professional reception and meeting room service.

·       Adhere to all the procedures as described in the procedural standards manual.

·       Ensure training is carried out to meet the needs and requirements of the individual and client.

 

Customer Service:

·       To ensure that customers are given an efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded.

·       To regularly monitor customer feedback and produce an appropriate action plan based on the results.

  • To ensure that all agreed service objectives are met in line with client expectations.

 

 

Health and Safety Management:

  • Ensure awareness of Hygiene, Health and Safety policies and procedures and Fire Regulations

  • To record and report all accidents within the location adhering to location and company procedures.

  • Formulate and comply with safety procedures and work instructions (SWMS).

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure spending within budget. Raise additional funds according to process

  • Manage vendor performance. Track and ensure contracts are valid, renew as needed.

  • Manage all other aspects of the FM service delivery, directly or indirectly, as required.

 

Person Specification:

  • Passionate about customer experience

  • High attention to detail, flexible and proactive, problem solver

  • Ability to build positive relations with colleagues, guests and clients, a strong Team Player

  • Self-starter with minimal direction

  • Well organised and skilled in multi-tasking

  • Computer Literate – good understanding and working knowledge of office software.

  • Communication – good level written, oral communications and influencing skills.
