Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of the work being performed. The role also includes troubleshooting challenges that arise during development and ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sitecore Commerce.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platform architecture and customization techniques.
- Experience in integrating Sitecore Commerce with third-party systems and services.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions within the Sitecore ecosystem.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Sitecore Commerce.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
