As a Regional Regulatory Affairs you will be responsible for:

  • Developing assessments and strategies in support of current business and new product initiatives. You will monitor regulations/standards and the competitive landscape and purposefully advise on future action with regard to opportunities or threats.

  • Ensuring that we follow all relevant regulations and laws where our products delight consumers.

  • The regional regulatory strategy and local execution to get Boards of Health approvals for the products commercialized in the Distributor markets in Latin America.

  • Active participation in the multifunctional team that leads both product and commercial innovation in the Region.

  • Single point of accountability with Global, Regional and local regulatory teams to handle products registration process:

  • Regulatory classification, Dossier assembly, Submissions and Registration Tracking across the respective markets

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in regulatory affairs are a plus.

  • 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, specifically within the consumer healthcare sector, including OTC products, food supplements.

  • Proven track record of successful regulatory submissions and product launches in the Latin America region.

  • Strong thinking, active listening and strong interpersonal skills, able to interpret regulations to drive business opportunities.

  • Leadership: able to lead a complex network of key players (P&G and non-P&G) across Latin America countries for Registration deployment.

  • Medium to high level of English.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate within a multicultural environment.
