As we expand, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Sales to lead our sales team to new heights.

 

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing our customer experience, optimising revenue, and expanding our market presence as we enact our emerging digital strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, suppliers, and partners.
  • Analyse market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure continued success.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales campaigns and offers.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in travel retail.

 

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the retail travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of travel products, sales strategies, and market trends.
  • A strong working knowledge of travel operating systems including GDS and mid-office systems and expertise in fares and ticketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for travel and a customer-centric approach.
