THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and own a wide range of client-facing responsibilities. 

This role is highly entrepreneurial and cross-functional, and the successful candidate will make an immediate and continuous impact on the satisfaction and success of our clients. For the right person, it’s a rare opportunity to help build an industry-defining company from the ground up. 

The role is based in New York City. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Help build the client onboarding process and ensure that Unit provides an excellent client experience, including updating processes to reflect ongoing client feedback;

  • Develop and monitor the KPIs and other performance metrics we will use to track and improve the client experience;

  • Build and manage multiple client relationships post-onboarding, including proactively engaging with key contacts, identifying and tracking any issues to resolution, and gathering feedback on client experiences; and 

  • Work closely with the support team as a point of escalation for complex issues.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or management consulting role; Fintech industry experience is a must

  • You’re a quick learner, organized, and comfortable in fast-moving environments

  • You’re team-focused and energized by wearing many hats 

  • You like building things and owning projects from start to finish

  • You are enthusiastic about fintech and creating the future of financial infrastructure 

COMPENSATION

The base salary for this role is expected to be $120,000 - $140,000 per year. In addition, employees at Unit can expect generous benefits and may be eligible for equity. The final offer will be determined by factors including experience level, expertise, and location.
