Job Description:

Our plant in Neckarbischofsheim currently develops and manufactures precision quartz crystals and quartz oscillators with around 125 employees. These products are used in telecommunications, test and measurement technology, medical technology, and radar systems.

You report to the Quality Manager and are part of our logistics and quality team in the goods receiving department.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:

• You receive incoming goods, inspect them carefully, and compare them with delivery documents as well as the list of approved suppliers.
• You record incoming goods in the ERP system, label them properly, and store them in the designated warehouse locations.
• You ensure that shipments are properly packaged and labeled.
• You prepare and carry out internal and external goods issues as well as stock transfers.
• You perform all required transactions for goods movements in the ERP system and manage and monitor storage locations.
• You inspect and store hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations, document their movement in the ERP system, and handle the proper disposal of hazardous waste as well as prepare empty containers for collection by suppliers.
• You support regular inventory counts and actively contribute to inventory accuracy and warehouse management.

• Sie nehmen Warenlieferungen entgegen, prüfen diese sorgfältig und gleichen sie mit den Lieferdokumenten sowie der Liste der zugelassenen Hersteller ab.
• Sie erfassen die eingegangenen Waren im ERP-System, kennzeichnen diese fachgerecht und lagern sie an den vorgesehenen Lagerplätzen ein.
• Sie stellen sicher, dass die Sendungen ordnungsgemäß verpackt und etikettiert sind.
• Sie bereiten interne und externe Warenausgaben sowie Umlagerungen vor und führen diese durch.
• Sie führen alle erforderlichen Transaktionen für Warenbewegungen im ERP-System durch und verwalten sowie kontrollieren die Lagerplätze.
• Sie prüfen und lagern Gefahrstoffe gemäß den Sicherheitsvorschriften, dokumentieren deren Bewegung im ERP-System und übernehmen die fachgerechte Entsorgung von Sondermüll sowie die Vorbereitung von Leergut zur Abholung durch Zulieferer.
• Sie unterstützen bei regelmäßigen Inventuren und tragen aktiv zur Bestandsgenauigkeit und zum Lagermanagement bei.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Vocational education in industrial business administration preferred
• Several years of experience preferred
• Experience using ERP systems is a plus
• Proficient in the use Microsoft Office software
• Honest, trustworthy and must have passion to work
• Good knowledge of German and English (speaking and writing)
• Must be a live or willing to move close to the place of employment
