We are seeking a Salesforce Platform Manager to lead the strategic direction, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is not just about managing Salesforce—it’s about driving innovation across our technology stack. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce expertise with a strong background in broader technology platforms, demonstrating leadership in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding the organization toward scalable, future-ready solutions.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy 

• Serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce platform, setting vision and roadmap aligned with business goals. 
• Lead and mentor a team of administrators, developers, and analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements beyond Salesforce. 

Platform Management 

• Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems. 
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools to enhance functionality. 

Cross-Technology Expertise 

• Drive initiatives that integrate Salesforce with other technologies (e.g., ERP systems, data analytics platforms, cloud services). 
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and their potential impact on business processes.
• Partner with IT and product teams to implement best practices across the tech stack. 

Operational Excellence 

• Establish governance frameworks for data integrity, user access, and change management. 
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
• Develop training programs to maximize user adoption and efficiency. 

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce platforms.
• Proven experience with enterprise technology ecosystems beyond Salesforce (e.g., cloud infrastructure, APIs, data integration).
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and integration.
• Familiarity with modern development practices (Agile, DevOps).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Certifications 

• Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator required.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder or Architect certifications preferred.
