Goal of Function:
Collaborate with Business Functions and development teams to discover, design and coordinate the implementation of process automations, leveraging RPA and intelligent automation technologies. Develop and operate new automations with UiPath technology.
Tasks:
Leverage deep process management and optimization knowledge to analyse and redesign processes in collaboration with business functions with the goal of discovering, scoping, and documenting functional requirements for robotic process automation implementation projects
Coordinate and support automation projects, incl. stakeholder management, business case creation, milestone tracking and project management
Ensure, that all automation projects follow global best practices and governance standards
Work on technical automation design for Robotic Process Automation, development, testing and deployment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business informatics, Economics with strong technical focus, or equivalent work experience
certificates or trainings in RPA tools beneficial
(lean) six sigma certification beneficial
Minimum 1-2 years professional experience
Concepts of process automation and digitization (esp. RPA)
Process optimization and redesign (e.g. six sigma)
Project management (Agile preferred)
Very proficient with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Experience with UiPath platform elements, esp. Orchestrator, AutomationHub, AI Center etc. Beneficial
Experience in UiPath development (UiPath Studio)
Excellence communication skills and conflict solving abilities
Out-of-the box thinking, esp. on process design
Strong Interest in innovative automation technologies
