Job Description:

Front line customer service representative for Wheeler Heart Center. Responsible for answering telephones, relaying significant communications, entering and reconciling charges, ordering office supplies, and transcribing dictation.Education: ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent ▪ Preferred: Associates Degree in a Related Field Experience: ▪ No prior experience required Skills ▪ Excellent Communication Skills ▪ Competent in use of Personal Computer utilizing Word, Excel, etc. ▪ Ability to prioritize tasks ▪ Possess positive customer service skills ▪ Tolerance for working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
