Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns.  

 

Marketing Operations Intern 

 

Program Summary 

  • Duration: 11 weeks, Summer 2025 Dates: June 2nd – August 15th  

  • Site Visits 

  • Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior leadership  

  • Skills Workshops  

  • Weekly Coffee Chats + Coffee with the CEO 

  • Final projects and presentations  

  • Engagement events 

 

Job Summary 

  • Establish QA program to test personalized content. 

  • Support rigorous testing in the email channel to prepare for the holiday season. 

  • Support the kickoff of dynamic modular content. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.  

  • Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc. 

  • Preferred majors: Marketing,  

  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.  

  • Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks. 

  • Collaborative and able to influence without authority. 

  • Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally. 

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required.Proficiency in Excel and PPT preferred.  

  • Monday.com experience is a plus.  

 

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $20.00.
