Basic Responsibilities基本职责
1. 严格遵守OTIS全球安全规定，执行公司EH&S政策，在个人职责范围内对每项事故、险兆有效防范，以防事故发生；
2. 为分公司改造工程师提供技术支持；
3. 协助分公司改造工程师与总部改造技术部门对接，对项目技术方案进行优化；
4. 区域内重点项目标书解读，投标技术相关内容支持；
5. 必要时配合销售人员及分公司改造工程师与客户进行技术沟通；
6. 负责区域内分公司及合作伙伴的改造产品及现场技术培训；
7. 对竞品信息及客户需求进行收集整理；
8. 积极推进提升客户满意度的改进工作；
9. 支持区域内改造业务相关的其他事务性工作。

Qualification任职资格: 
Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格
1.    大学本科及以上学历，机电类专业优先；
2.    8年以上相关机械设计经验，5年以上行业经验；
3.    熟悉电梯行业相关标准；
4.    具有电梯特种设备操作资质；
5.    精通AUTOCAD，熟练操作Office等办公软件；
6.    具有电扶梯项目非标评审工作经验者优先；
7.    具有电扶梯工地管理工作经验者优先；
8.    具备良好的团队合作精神，积极乐观和高度的责任心，实践能力强。

Experience工作经验
1.    有五年及以上电扶梯研发或产品技术配置或技术支持经验
2.    有两年及以上的现场技术经验

Others 其他
1.    该岗位要求工作仔细认真，团队意识，沟通能力强。
2.    掌握'国家相关法律法规要求
3.    了解电梯安装/改造政府验收流程等
