Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The engineer applies modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving and refining software to support organizational goals and user needs.



Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Customer Data Cloud.
- Configures and implements CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) solutions
- Focusing on registration, login, consent, and profile management.
- Develop using CDC REST APIs and SDKs to integrate with upstream/downstream systems, including middleware like SAP CPI.
- Implement Identity and Trust Hub protocols, managing user consent for privacy regulations (GDPR) and enabling social login functionalities.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of software components and third-party systems.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
