What You Will Do

• Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget commitments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver critical programs on time and within approved financial targets.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring performance and driving corrective actions as needed.
• Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact program scope, cost, or timelines, balancing risk and business impact.
• Lead the most complex and high-risk initiatives, identifying issues early and resolving operational challenges to minimize delays.
• Select, manage, and oversee external contractors to ensure delivery meets defined quality, cost, and performance standards.
• Organize and lead program governance, interdepartmental meetings, and stakeholder reviews to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Provide clear status reporting and recommendations to senior leaders to support informed decision-making.

What you need:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project management roles.
• Experience managing complex programs with budget accountability.

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent).
• Experience leading large-scale engineering, facilities, or infrastructure-related programs.
• Experience managing external vendors and contractors in complex environments
