What You’ll Do

  • Own, design, and optimize targeted digital ad campaigns
  • Strengthening and evolving the Western Express brand across channels
  • Build and execute strategic marketing plans that drive measurable growth
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with advertising partners
  • Identify marketing functions and services we can scale in-house
  • Test new tech, platforms, and vendor solutions
  • Validate and input data to support accurate lead tracking & budget reporting
  • Run daily/weekly performance dashboards and translate insights into action
  • Support social content creation, posting, and community engagement
  • Jump in with general marketing support as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for marketing and growth strategy
  • Experience running paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, programmatic, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable turning data into decisions
  • Bonus: Experience in transportation, logistics, or driver recruitment
