The Forms Governance Business Analyst shall provide excellent client service in partnership with various stakeholders by executing the two main processes assigned to the Team – Client communications and Document Management.

 

The main duties include:

  • Maintenance of Bank’s documents inventory for various regions: periodic reviews and ad hoc requests.

  • Updating electronic documents in central repository.

  • Coordinating client communications sent by the Business.

  • Working with the internal Business Requestors to understand background and context of requests to be executed and advising the most efficient solutions

  • Collecting and reviewing elements crucial for communication dispatch and forms uploads/updates (adherence to internal guidelines, clients’ distribution lists, approvals etc.)

  • Working with internal partners (e.g. technology) to solve ad-hoc issues or enhance current functionalities.

  • Proactively addressing any identified deficiencies – system errors, data gaps etc.

  • Getting involved in various projects and initiatives aiming to improve client experience. 

  • Sharing best practice and drive client centric solutions.

 

Knowledge/Experience: 

  • Fluency in spoken and written English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, ifs)

  • Ability to understand new digital systems quickly

  • Ability to cope with ambiguity & change – high adaptability

  • Strong attention to details

  • Experience in working with various stakeholders

  • Ability to challenge status quo and continuously optimize processes and tasks in own area of responsibility

  • Pro-active and self-driven, showing initiative 

  • Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines

  • Degree educated, preferably in a Business Management discipline, however exceptional candidates with other qualifications will be considered.
