Location: Warsaw, Poland

Work Arrangement: Remote

Employment: 12 months contract

The Job: 

As the Brand Manager, you’ll be part of our Marketing team. You’ll get to:    

  • Coordinate all activities related to the DEWALT brand, ensuring compliance with global brand guidelines.
  • Enhance brand image and increase awareness across all relevant markets.
  • Develop and implement regional brand communication strategies in collaboration with the Group Marketing Manager and central EANZ team.
  • Manage branded communication channels, including digital and print content for websites, campaigns, and customer materials.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to drive demand and customer acquisition through digital channels such as email, web, and social media.
  • Participate in budget planning, investment decisions, and ensure compliance with promotional budgets.
  • Review, challenge, and contribute to the preparation and execution of marketing plans.
  • Support customer-focused product promotions and ensure all brand materials are effectively presented to sales teams and customers.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with sales teams and participate in product launches, training events, and point-of-sale optimizations.
  • Ensure alignment with commercial plans, drive growth initiatives, identify new brand campaign opportunities, and maintain optimal internal communication about brand activities.

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics, retailer, and end-user needs.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and financial skills, with the ability to adapt and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English
