What We're Looking For

HR Generalist works as operational excellence specialist within the HR BP team, supporting different stages of employee lifecycle and adding efficiency to collaboration with CoE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reporting and support HR BP team with talent and business overviews

  • Handle relocation, promotion, and out-of-cycle compensation reviews

  • Collaborate with HR BPs to design and moderate facilitated team sessions

  • Contribute to the preparation and design of various communication artifacts (decks, Miro boards, etc.)

  • Coordinate and roll out onboarding best practices in close cooperation with HR BPs

  • Drive HR BP operational excellence projects, particularly optimizing HR Ops and HR BP collaboration across various streams

  • Support Senior HR BPs and HR BPs with ad-hoc projects for the business

Required skills

  • Experience in HR area (experience as a HR generalist, with strong track record of success in at least one of these areas: HR Operations, Talent Acquisition or Employee Engagement, with willingness to broaden capabilities across all three disciplines)

  • Understanding of core processes in employee lifecycle - onboarding, performance management, talent management, engagement, compensation review 

  • Experience in on of CoE would be a benefit

  • Proven track record in project management

  • English - upper intermediate/advanced

  • Experience with Google slides, Google sheets (pivot tables, vlookup), Miro - would be a benefit

  • Growth mindset & curiosity to learn

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity
