The Global Buyer Hub (GBH) team is dedicated to creating a seamless, personalized, and locally relevant shopping journey for eBay buyers worldwide. We support more than 150 markets and 11 languages, ensuring global consistency while delivering experiences that reflect local expectations, cultural nuances, and buyer preferences.
To amplify our impact, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Buyer Experience who will play a crucial role in developing the strategy, programs, and execution across buyer preference management and site localization.
8+ years of experience in Buyer Experience, Localization, Product Operations, International Operations, or similar fields—preferably in a global, digital-commerce environment.
Strong background in international market dynamics, customer journey optimization, and cross-market experience design.
Exceptional communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with proven experience influencing and partnering across Product, Marketing, Operations, and regional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
High personal initiative, strong ownership mindset, and a passion for eBay’s mission and for understanding customer needs.
Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
C$129,200 - C$172,500Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
