Join our team in Estenfeld as Staff Accountant (f/m/x) and help drive operational excellence in financial processes. This role is central to managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You’ll play a key role in supporting the monthly financial close and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes that matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute timely and accurate accounting transactions and reconciliations

• Manage accounts payable including open item maintenance, payment preparation, and dunning

• Maintain accounts receivable open item lists

• Process travel expense and bank accounting

• Prepare VAT filings and statistical reports

• Handle intercompany invoicing and reconciliation

• Support monthly close activities including accrual preparation

• Administer specific master data and participate in the procurement PO process

• Contribute to special projects and optimisation initiatives

• Respond to ad hoc enquiries and perform financial analyses

What We Look For

• Commercial education with a focus on financial accounting or a BS degree in Accounting

• At least three years of accounting experience

• Proven expertise in ERP systems and financial accounting

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Fluency in German and English

• Based in or able to work onsite in Estenfeld, Germany for min 3 days per week
