Position Overview
Join Tencent Cloud as a Senior Channel Sales Executive in Indonesia, where you'll spearhead strategic partnerships and drive collaborative selling with channel partners. You’ll play a key role in building deep relationships with partners and customers, understanding their business needs, and delivering customized cloud solutions. This dynamic role involves leveraging your expertise in cloud services to guide partners toward success, fostering growth through networking, and directly influencing the market with Tencent Cloud’s value propositions. Responsibilities:
- Drive channel sales by collaborating with partners to promote cooperative selling.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business needs.
- Enhance partner performance with best practices, training, and ongoing support.
- Present Tencent Cloud’s value proposition to customers and partners, leading key sales pipelines.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals while providing strategic insights to grow channel revenue.
- Manage strategic partner plans and sales forecasts based on industry trends and customer analysis.
- Work closely with the Solutions Engineer team to ensure partners gain value from Tencent Cloud services.
- Oversee the sales lifecycle for partner accounts, ensuring long-term growth and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or its equivalents
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling cloud services, managing large high-profile accounts and partners. Solid knowledge of cloud services, CDN, SaaS, and the broader internet space.
- Bilingual proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required; Mandarin language skill is a plus.
- Proven “hunter” mentality with exceptional ability to close sales and generate leads.
- Experience selling to C-level executives with a strong record of closing high-value deals.
- Strong technical sensibility, with the ability to understand complex solutions and translate them into customer benefits.
- Proven ability to grow revenue, manage enterprise accounts, and articulate complex cloud and SaaS solutions to decision-makers.
- Experience analyzing data, trends, and market conditions to develop key selling points and strategies.
