The Opportunity

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to shape how our systems are designed, scaled, and integrated. You will translate business strategy into robust architectures, ensuring our platforms—especially AI-enabled systems—are secure, scalable, and future-ready.

Role Summary

Own end-to-end system architecture and design governance, defining reference architectures and standards across platforms and AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead requirements discovery and translate business needs into system architectures
  • Define and maintain reference architectures (e.g., AI/GenAI systems, RAG, integration patterns)
  • Evaluate trade-offs across scalability, performance, cost, and security
  • Drive architectural alignment and maintain decision records across teams
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and AI safety standards
  • Guide engineering teams through implementation and validate design adherence
  • Partner with stakeholders to shape long-term solution strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale, distributed systems
  • Strong background in cloud platforms and integration architectures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
