The Senior Data Analyst, Risk Product, will be part of the Sales Enablement function and will play a key role in helping leaders make informed, data-driven decisions. This role supports the Risk Product team by translating complex data into clear insights, meaningful reporting, and actionable recommendations that help improve business performance, strengthen processes, and support strategic decision-making.
This individual will partner closely with department leaders, business clients, product partners, and cross-functional teams to understand business questions, analyze trends, develop KPI frameworks, and create dashboards and reports that tell a clear story through data. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, curiosity, and the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
This is a hybrid role that will require both independent analytical work and collaborative partnership with stakeholders across the organization.
Adaptive Communication – Ability to translate data insights clearly for business stakeholders and communicate findings in a way that supports decision-making.
Storytelling through Data – Ability to connect insights, trends, and recommendations into a clear business narrative that helps stakeholders understand what the data means and why it matters.
Data Analytics – Strong technical foundation for analyzing data, identifying patterns, and developing insights that support business decisions.
Data Literacy – Ability to work across multiple data sources, understand data quality, interpret business meaning, and use data appropriately to answer business questions.
Analytical Thinking – Ability to conduct root-cause analysis, develop KPI frameworks, solve ambiguous business problems, and connect findings to actionable recommendations.
SQL – Hands-on ability to pull, organize, join, and model data to support reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
Tableau or Power BI – Ability to develop dashboards and visualizations that make data easier to understand, interpret, and act on.
