What you'll do...

Take the lead in shaping the future of retail logistics as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management- End to End. This is your chance to drive innovation, optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, and make a tangible impact on Walmart’s ability to serve millions of customers every day.

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, resolving escalations and implementing process improvements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Fleet’s Internalized Parcel (IP) initiatives including overseeing strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination for IP.

• Leverage data-driven insights through dashboard, KPIs, and performance analytics that will improve Fleet’s performance.

• Standardize metrics and processes across the network to reduce variability and improve scalability.

• Guide and develop associates, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
