Take the lead in shaping the future of retail logistics as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management- End to End. This is your chance to drive innovation, optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, and make a tangible impact on Walmart’s ability to serve millions of customers every day.
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, resolving escalations and implementing process improvements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Fleet’s Internalized Parcel (IP) initiatives including overseeing strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination for IP.
Leverage data-driven insights through dashboard, KPIs, and performance analytics that will improve Fleet’s performance.
Standardize metrics and processes across the network to reduce variability and improve scalability.
Guide and develop associates, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team environment.
What You’ll Bring:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
Demonstrated experience managing complex supply chain or logistics operations.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret and act on data.
Expertise in stakeholder management and collaboration with external partners.
A track record of driving process improvements and achieving cost efficiencies.
Leadership experience in developing and mentoring teams.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results through people.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
