As a Store Manager you are responsible for ensuring all Company programs, policies and procedures are implemented and enforced on a consistent basis. As it has been brought to your attention several times via verbal and/or written coaching/counseling sessions your performance as Store Manager still continues to fall significantly below the Company's expectations and has shown little to no improvement. The most recent example of this lack of leadership and inability to effectively manage your team is evidenced by the poor store conditions and lack of controls in place. Also, during this visit, it was discovered that the stores cycle count variance has increased and/or is trending negatively over the last 8 weeks and/or year to date. Conducted a Non-Negotiable audit during this visit which this location failed with a 7 out of 10. What is extremely concerning is checkpoint tagging. You only scored 16% tagging compliance. 90% is the goal.

As the Store Manager you are responsible for ensuring that all Company programs are implemented and followed per Company guidelines. This includes but is not limited to the following: Store must be recovered 100% daily per program guidelines. DTS must be completed within 24 - 28 hours per program guidelines. Anti-theft stickering program should be implemented immediately and maintained consistently. Schematics are to be brought current and the monthly planner set according to the dates outlined in the planner. Accurate cycle counts should be completed each week per Company guidelines. All tasks are expected to be completed while adhering to payroll guidelines assigned. Recover the LP Awareness form with all TM's and ensure they understand their role in controlling shrink. Ensure all cash logs are up to date and maintained going forward. Immediate, sustained and significant improvement is expected and required going forward.

Failure to follow all company policies and procedures has severely impacted this store. Sales have consistently fell below previous years. Cycle count variance has increased dramatically over the past few months. Task completion is the lowest in the district. All of this has caused this location to have a negative cash contribution.

Failure to change behaviors and perform all duties and tasks required of your role will result in further disciplinary action, up to and including the termination of employment.

Because this has been addressed on several occasions and little to no improvement has been seen, I will reach out to our Human Resources Manager about next steps. Further guidance will be provided to you at a later date. Until then you will be required to perform all your duties as required by your role of Store Manager. I will visit your location on a weekly basis to ensure conditions improve. You will be given a list of tasks that will need to be completed by the next visit.
